ENGINEERED FOR HIGH-ACUITY ENVIRONMENTS

Modern operational environments leave zero room for hesitation or uncontrolled force. P.A.C.E. Tactical Training delivers high-IQ, scenario-based training built to survive both the street and the camera. Proactive Assessment

Detecting & Mitigating Threats Before Conflict Occurs

True security begins before a single movement is made. Whether analyzing street-level pre-attack indicators for law enforcement, identifying facility access vulnerabilities for corporate campuses, or conducting personal situational awareness and home security audits for citizens, Proactive Assessment equips personnel and individuals to recognize behavioral red flags, map spatial environments, and eliminate risks early—preventing high-acuity situations before force ever becomes necessary.

Calculated Engagement

Proportional, High-IQ Solutions Under Pressure

When dynamic action is required, execution must be precise, deliberate, and effective. From tactical room entries and vehicle interdictions for sworn personnel, to structured containment and emergency response for corporate security, to room defense and marksmanship for armed citizens, Calculated Engagement delivers proven, high-probability tactics tailored to the environment—ensuring threats are controlled rapidly and decisively.

Legal Defensibility

Curriculum built around constitutional standards and corporate risk management, providing personnel with the articulate reporting framework needed to defend force applications in court.

OUR CADRE & INSTRUCTIONAL LEADERSHIP

TESTED ON THE STREET. PROVEN ON THE LINE.

The P.A.C.E. instructional cadre brings together decades of specialized, high-acuity operational experience—spanning Street Crimes Unit, Covert Response Unit, and SWAT operators.

Our leadership team doesn't teach theory; we deliver street-tested, camera-safe methodologies forged in actual high-risk operations, combat deployments, and high-intensity instructional pipelines. From specialized tactical breaching and covert surveillance to low-amplitude ground control and enterprise active threat preparedness, our cadre translates real-world operational mastery into actionable, legally defensible skills for public safety personnel, corporate security, and responsible citizens.

Adam Rule is Chief of Staff at Focused Energy, a finance firm, where he builds the operating systems and drives the execution that let a growing company scale without losing rigor. He brings deep operational leadership and a bias toward action, turning strategy into repeatable process.

Before finance, Adam served eight years as a Reconnaissance Marine, then joined the San Antonio Police Department, working Patrol, Executive Protection, and Street Crimes before joining SAPD SWAT in the Special Operations Unit. In August 2023 he received the Medal of Valor — SAPD's highest honor — for extraordinary courage during an incident in which he was wounded by gunfire while helping save his partner's life.

He previously served as Chief Operating Officer of the Mountain Valor Foundation, a nonprofit supporting wounded veterans and first responders through wilderness retreats and wellness programs for PTSD recovery and suicide prevention. Across every role, the through-line is performance under pressure and ownership of outcomes — the standard he brings to building PACE.

Klint Alberthal has served with the San Antonio Police Department since 2015, building an extensive operational background across Patrol out of the Prue and Central substations, six years in the Street Crimes Unit, and his current assignment as a SWAT operator. His proactive work in high-acuity environments has earned multiple department merits for taking illegal firearms and narcotics off San Antonio streets. In 2024, Klint earned his Master Peace Officer license—the highest proficiency certification awarded by the State of Texas—and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from St. Mary’s University.

Beyond his field credentials, Klint brings an elite instructional baseline to P.A.C.E. A certified Basic Instructor and Firearms Instructor, he holds specialized ALERRT Train-the-Trainer certifications in Active Shooter Response, Active Attack Integrated Response, and Breaching for First Responders—the highest instructional designation, trusting him to build and certify other instructors across the state. His expertise encompasses SWAT hostage and barricade operations, ballistic and explosive breaching, tactical vehicle extractions, specialty impact munitions, and Pursuit Intervention Techniques (PIT).

Klint doesn't teach theory—he delivers field-tested operational mechanics built on preparation, tactical discipline, and a relentless commitment to keeping officers safe. For him, "good enough" has never been in the vocabulary, and that is exactly the standard P.A.C.E. was built on.

Josh Vega is a Detective with the San Antonio Police Department, currently assigned to the Covert Response Unit. With nearly five years of high-intensity operations in the Street Crimes Unit, task force experience, and deep expertise in fugitive apprehensions and narcotics covert operations planning, Josh has built his career on managing fluid, high-risk scenarios where sound judgment under extreme pressure is non-negotiable.

In 2018, he was awarded SAPD’s highest honor — the Medal of Valor — for extraordinary courage during a hostage situation, alongside multiple department merits, to include capital murder apprehensions and high-value narcotics and firearms seizures.

What sets Josh apart is his mastery of physical control and force mitigation. A certified TCOLE instructor holding a Masters Peace Officer License, Josh has coordinated LEO-specific training clinics alongside a Wrestling and Combat Sambo coach, designing systems that bridge open-handed control with strict use-of-force compliance. His tactical execution is rooted in deliberate preparation, rapport-building, and absolute physical containment — a philosophy that directly defines the P.A.C.E. curriculum.
